Chennai Builder Casagrand Rewards 1,000 Employees with a Dream All-Expenses-Paid Trip to Barcelona

In a remarkable gesture that exemplifies its deep-rooted commitment to valuing employees, a Chennai-based leading builder, Casagrand, is taking 1,000 employees on a week-long, all-expenses-paid journey to Barcelona, Spain.

Founded in 2004 by first-generation entrepreneur Arun MN, Casagrand has grown exponentially from modest beginnings and is widely recognised for its employee-centric welfare measures.

This fully funded trip to Spain is part of the company’s unique ‘Profit-share Bonanza’ program, designed to acknowledge the dedication, commitment, and collaborative spirit of employees who contributed to achieving last year’s financial targets.

Since the inception of this program in 2013, Casagrand has taken employees on memorable journeys to iconic destinations worldwide, beginning with its inaugural trip to Singapore with 50 team members.

This annual event has since grown exponentially, taking employees to Thailand in 2014, Sri Lanka in 2015, Dubai in 2016, and Malaysia in 2018. In 2019, Casagrand expanded its travel itinerary beyond Asia, treating employees to an inspiring trip to London.

Even during the post pandemic phase, amid travel restrictions, the company upheld this tradition, organizing trips to Dubai and Abu Dhabi in 2021, and recently visiting Switzerland in 2022 and Australia in 2023.

What started as an international trip for a small group has transformed into an event hosting a significant number of employees today, where the company is all set to honor 1,000 employees with an unforgettable trip to Spain, marking yet another milestone in its commitment to celebrating the dedication of its people.

Bringing together employees from offices across India and Dubai, the trip invites them to experience Spain’s rich culture, historic landmarks, and scenic landscapes, from Barcelona’s architectural icons like the Sagrada Familia and the colourful mosaics of Park Güell to the majesty of Montjuic Castle and the calm of its beaches.

Every detail, from flights and luxury accommodations to guided tours, gourmet dining, and immersive cultural experiences, has been thoughtfully arranged and funded by Casagrand, ensuring that employees embark on an unforgettable, worry-free journey together.

Even during the pandemic when construction work came to a standstill, Arun ensured payment of full salaries for employees and introduced several measures to safeguard their well-being.
