Kashmiri crop export will help farmers: Modi to UAE traders
New Delhi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his recent visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) said that Kashmir was rich in multiple crops and if these were properly exported, it would boost the economic conditions of producers in the erstwhile state.
Modi's remarks came when he met some UAE entrepreneurs during his visit to the friendly nation on August 24 where he launched RuPay NPCI card there.
"Kashmir's soil produces best crops. If these crops are packaged in a proper way and exported, it would help Kashmir's producers economically," Modi said.
Modi was in the UAE on his three-nation five-day visit scheduled between Aug 22 and 26. IANS
