Jharkhand CM Raghubar Das launches Khadi on wheels

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das launched Khadi on wheels here on Tuesday.
"Khadi is not only a cloth but it is an ideology. It keeps us connected with our culture. Adopt Khadi and promote Indian product. Mahatma Gandhi had stressed on Khadi clothes and cottage industries", said the Chief Minister while launching the Khadi on wheels.
He said, "the state and central governments are trying to fulfil the dreams of Mahatma Gandhi. Through Khadi on wheels, Khadi will reach to the people. Put the Khadi on wheels to village markets. By using the Khadi products we can bring cheers to faces of the poor people".
"Mahatma Gandhi had stressed on cleanliness and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is trying to fulfil his dream. The government has also made the state Open Defecation Free. The previous governments might have used the name of Gandhiji but our govt has done lots of work to fulfil the dreams of Gandhiji".
The Khadi on wheels will move from one place to another to promote Khadi products in the state. This was launched on 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. IANS
