Delhi to remain cloudy, no rain forecast

The national capital on Tuesday witnessed fog and remained partially cloudy.
The minimum temperature was recorded at 9.4 degrees Celsius, an IMD official said. The maximum was likely to hover around 24 degrees Celsius.
"The sky will be generally cloudy but there's no rain predictions for Tuesday," the official added.
At least 15 Delhi-bound trains were delayed on Tuesday due to fog, Railway officials said.
A Western Disturbance had given rise to a cyclonic circulation over Afghanistan and Pakistan between 1.5 and 3.1 km above mean sea level. Now Indian states are set to be affected.
"The Western Disturbance now seen as a trough with its axis at 5.8 km above mean sea level roughly along Long. Isolated rain or snow is likely over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand over the next 24 hours," said the India Meteorological Department.IANS
