Delhi violence: 2 more persons sent to custodial remand

A Delhi court on Sunday sent two persons to custodial remand for their alleged involvement in the recent anti-CAA violence in northeast Delhi.
Duty Magistrate of Karkardooma court remanded Liyakat to 14 days' judicial custody and Riyasat to three days' police custody.
The duo, along with one other, were taken into custody on Saturday after details of their involvement in violence in Chand Bagh area emerged during questioning of suspended AAP councillor Tahir Hussain.
Hussain is currently in police custody in connection with the killing of Intelligence Bureau (IB) staffer Ankit Sharma, and for involvement in the riots. IANS
