The issue with the cover title, ‘Dream, Dare, Deliver’, carries the inspiring success stories of 30 entrepreneurs featured in The Weekend Leader.
P C Vinoj Kumar, the Editor of The Lead Star and The Weekend Leader said: “When we tried to piece together this special issue of successful entrepreneurs who had been featured in our online magazine The Weekend Leader, we brainstormed for a cover title that would sum up the story of each of them in three words – and that’s how we came up with ‘Dream, Dare, Deliver.’
“Irrespective of the size of the entrepreneurship, whether it is a rupees 10 crore enterprise or a 100 crore entity, the founders had a vision first, of that dream destination they wanted to reach, then they dared to go for it, and kept moving forward in spite of the hurdles, the setbacks, and what not, with only their objective in focus – Deliver.
“They had to deliver on their dream, they would settle for nothing less. It is this spirit of entrepreneurship that we wanted to celebrate by dedicating a whole issue to these exemplary people who worked against the odds to build their businesses, which created jobs for many in the process. Many of them are first generation entrepreneurs. And there are rags-to-riches stories too.”
